Very obliging staff who helped prepare my room for early check in after a long overnight flight. The restaurant staff were also very nice. The breakfast was yummy, with both Japanese and western choices. The room was huge by Japanese standards and very comfortable - large bathtub, dressing table, huge safe (even though I didn’t use it), sofa and ottoman… Short walk to Nagoya station and JR towers. Lawson and Family Mart nearby. Would stay here again when I’m back in Nagoya.

Hollywood twin room is very spacious we spent 7 nights here and totally love the room, the bed, the service and accessibility ☺️ The location was great, when you are near Nagoya station, you got everything! I may try another hotel next time but this hotel is certainly the one to come to for the newby of Nagoya👍

Rooms are definitely not as clean and nice. You pay for what you get. Didn’t feel comfortable the whole night. Walls are thin and can hear noises from neighbors easily

It’s useful hotel in Nagoya. Good access from Nagoya station. But not connected through underground so if it is rain you need an umbrella. The building itself is not new smells a little bit old. The height of bed is a little bit low. They have good cafe on the ground floor. The reception staff was really kind and took care of me professionally and flexible. And not expensive as a hotel near Nagoya station. Good!
