My recent stay at this hotel in Sapporo was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the thoughtful inclusion of a variety of complimentary drinks and coffee, a small but delightful touch that added to the overall convenience. However, the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the bed. It was exceptionally comfortable, surpassing the standards set by other hotels I've stayed in. It made for a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was fully rejuvenated for each day of my visit. The hotel staff also left a lasting impression. They were incredibly friendly and proficient in English, which made communication effortless and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality enhanced the overall experience. Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better situated. It's right in the heart of Sapporo, with easy access to trains and conveniently located 7-11 and Lawson stores just steps away. It truly is the ideal base for exploring the city. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to have more laundry machines on each floor. Currently, there are only three machines, which can be a bit limited during peak times. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was top-notch. From the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff and prime location, it's undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Sapporo. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this vibrant city.

As a paid member, I expected better service. We're a group of 11 adults+ 1 adult on wheelchair + 2 years old baby. When I arrived at the hotel's reception, I received zero attention even no other guest at that time. The receptionist didn't care when I informed her that I need help on the luggage. She insisted self-service is the only method. When I request baby baht tub, she asked me to buy at the 100 yen store. She mixed up my group with stranger. I have to ask for my welcome drink. Take the welcome drink order by myself as no reception want to leave their counter. I have difficulty at breakfast. Staff (man) does not speak English and kept my group of 2 elderly and 1 baby stand at the door for quite sometime. I have to walk to reception to ask for help. Service mind is zero at this hotel.

Rooms were a bit small, if you have large luggage it will be difficult to spread out. BUT this is the case with most hotels at this price range in this area. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, bathroom was larger than other similarly sized hotels I've lodged at in Sapporo. And bath soaps smelled wonderful. You have a cool view of the street from your room. This is a nightlife area but the windows are soundproof and rooms and quiet and comfy. Beds were comfy. Slept like a baby. Service - I did not experience service much as was there for a couple days and did not need room cleaning. But staff always greets and acknowledges you when you enter. When I requested items like towels and bath tissue, it was delivered by personnel to the room within 8 minutes, with a smile. I had breakfast buffet at the restaurant every morning and it was great. The breakfast buffet has your typical Japanese breakfast fare, western style meat, eggs and starches, croissants, rolls, waffles, a cheese board, soft drinks, hot drinks coffee tea, AND ICE CREAM -for breakfast! Location - its Japan so there are literally 3 convenience stores right next to the hotel. Tanukkikoji shopping street with anything you could want is a 10 minute walk away. Access to Susukino subway station is on the same block. This is a nightlife area but the windows are soundproof and rooms and quiet and comfy.
