Best experience possible! Vandy and the team made it unbelievable! They made our trip incredible planning to Anker Wat with breakfast at 445 am! They have beautiful pool, rooms are beautiful and spotless, shower is incredible in room and bathroom, beautiful deck with view of pool! Pool is perfect temperature and just heaven on earth. Cannot say enough good things and if you are going there it is a must stay here!

This hotel is a lovely oasis of peace and tranquillity in Siem Reap. Just away from the bussle if the city centre. The hotel has a restaurant that has a great menu of local and international options. There is a Spa, bar and pool with all all the amenities required. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff are excellent and offer attentive service.

I had a pleasant 4-days stay in Metta Residence. Everyone here is friendly & will greet you every morning without fail. As a female solo traveller, they ensured that I am safe. The hotel team had delivered an exceptional service throughout my stay. I would like to compliment Long Chan from the Front Team for being kind & attentive. I briefly shared with him about my sunrise Angkor Wat Tour which started at 4.30am. Unexpectedly, he prepared for me a breakfast box & water bottle the night before. Similarly, Lucky from the Restaurant Team prepared for me a complimentary coffee (he remembers my usual order!) & a snack box before my 5-hour bus ride to Phnom Penh. Lastly, I would also like to thank the manager from the Front Team for the complimentary car ride to my bus station. These acts of services were amazing & commendable!! I highly highly recommend for readers to choose this hotel for your Siem Reap trip!!

Everything about this place is top-notch and wonderful! The staff are very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is spectacular and the whole place has a very peaceful and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious foods and we chose to have our evening meal here every night as well. The dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced! I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, and Metta Residence and Spa is at the very top of my list of favourite places to stay. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much!
