Excellent place for the price paid. They have recently renovated the rooms. Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean, Good hot water shower. Even the bed and bath linen were new & very fresh. Our rooms were carpeted but surprisingly there was NO musty or damp smell at all. They must have maintained it well. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Location is very convenient right middle of the town center. Victoria park, Bus Stand, Bazaar and all the banks are walking distance. Ideal place to stay in Nuwara Eliya at very reasonable rates. Thank You Milano.

It's the Sri Lanka's worst hotel. Food is disgusting and the staff is really rude. They don't even smile at you. Please don't go to this hotel. There are plenty of good hotels in NuwaraEliya.

The room was simply, the trafic were really high. The bed was hard and narrow. This place is not a hotel more like hostel. Room itself is big. One night in this place is almost too much.. Pay more and take another hotel. I could not recommed this to anyone. The pictures gives you a wrong attitude of the place.

By far the most ghetto hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't have high standards but this was a new low. Everything was filthy and dank (except the bathroom actually.) The towels were super nasty with stains, the blankets had also some disgusting looking stains on them. The kind of place where you don't want to touch anything or sleep unclothed in the bed for fear of catching some STD.
