Good location with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean. You can't miss the swimming pool with a spectacular view of the city. All the staff is very kind and special thanks to Panashe for his attention

The hotel itself is located in a busy hub of Abu Dhabi. Although the hotel do food, you won't be short of finding restaurants in the local vicinity (I.e. a variety cuisines). The first day I struggled with accessing WiFi in my room. But they moved me to the other side of the hotel the next day and it wasn't a problem. Staff are very helpful. I wouldn't describe it as a 5* hotel. The rooms are a little dated, 4* at best. Breakfast was nice, good spread and variety. Free valet service for cars for guests staying was a bonus.

The hotel has a good central location. My room was spacious and clean but it was a bit dated. The actual issue was that there water leaking down the windows from the inside. I am not sure what was causing it (maybe the rooftop pool, as my room was in the 19th floor) bur the staff was aware of it and have left a towel under to soak it up. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety.

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks in April 2023. I have to say overall, I was very happy with the place. The level of service was great, they were very attentive and the quality of the accommodation, though not 'luxury' for a five star hotel, was completely adequate. During my stay I had to move rooms twice - once because of a water leak and once because of mould in the walls. On one corner of the hotel they have a mould problem, and it seems they are not doing much about it because it will be very expensive to fix. I am sure they are aware of it, but it is a big issue [mostly for them, not for guests]! The staff were really nice and the breakfast food was delicious, I especially enjoyed the South Indian cuisine. For those intending to book here, be advised that the hotel does not serve alcohol in its bars, though there are plenty of places nearby where you can get it, not least the fabulous Bottle Shop down the road, which has great craft beer. Just bring it into your room, put it in your fridge and have it there. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Sorry for the late review, and thank you to the staff and all who were there for making my three weeks in Abu Dhabi go smoothly. I had a great time in this residence. Oh, and the qanun music throughout the hotel was wonderful, a very nice touch. Thank you!
