I was pleasantly surprised with the five star plus customer service. The staff went above and beyond in my opinion. I have not stayed at a Moxy before. I usually stay at the higher end Bonvoy/Marriott/Edition properties so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a last-minute booking and walking distance to everything I wanted to do. Best decision! I will say I had a room on the top floor facing the city with floor to ceiling windows and the amenities inside the room matched the website description. Very quick room service on multiple occasions warm employees. The only reason I gave four stars for location is the neighborhood wasn’t my favorite but it is close enough to walk to Parliament the Acropolis and the shopping districts. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes.

We loved everything about our experience here. Hotel was nice. Location is great. But it was the people and their hard work and friendliness that made our experience fantastic! Thank you so much to the whole staff. From recommendations for what to do, eat, drink and try while we were here. Highly recommend them for a stay in Athens.

Really great hospitality, always made to feel welcome from a welcome drink as we arrived to our efficient check out. Strawberry lemonade and waters in the rooms was a nice touch and we would definitely stay again. Rooms up to date and suited our needs perfectly. Great location, walkable to main cultural activities but also right next to a metro stop.

The best Moxy I ever visited — Yeah, that’s true ! The team here is just exceptional and completely available to help you for your stay in Athens. The room are better than in other Moxy I visited : with a safe and a fridge and whole amnesties. And, a big welcome gift in the room was a very nice surprise ! Don’t hesitate to stay in this hotel and enjoy the happiness of the whole team !

The hospitality at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever had! Not to mention the location! No security, right outside of the hotel! My wife’s cell phone was stolen right out of her backpack, and when we asked many of the individuals to help us, we got nowhere! They wouldn’t review the surveillance tape. I highly recommend if you stay in Athens, never to stay at this hotel! Worst hospitality ever! Mark too busy playing on their cell phones when we were pleading for help! And I mean pleading! No one ever offered to call the police and help us when her phone was stolen. Like I said, too busy all on their phone sitting at the bar! I highly recommend you go someplace else.
