Great location! Great Service! Aesthetically beautiful! I had the pool access room, so dreamy. Breakfast had a variety. I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but it looked so romantic! The shuttle service was so unique. Electric cars, electric run hotel! Book it you won’t be disappointed!

This is certainly more than a 4star hotel experience! The rooms were wonderful, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is first class! The shuttle bus service with vintage car is awesome! We will certainly stay here again if we come back to Laos!

Absolutely amazing and this is coming from a person who is well traveled and stayed in 4 and 5 stars. This hotel should be 5 stars. Spotless, the staff will do anything for you. Shuttle car around the city, airport pick up or drop off. (Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception that helped arrange the tours and coordinated transportation and psa bookings, he was extremely helpful, did not get his name.) Their massages were good and reasonably priced. The room had an ipad, came handy to play music, mosquito repellent machine, the shower with the water pressure of a jacuzzi, hi-tech lights. Don't forget to tip when you come to Laos, it is small money to us but makes a huge difference to staff. P.S. lots of places for 60-80$ rated 4 stars on booking that should have zero stars w fake high ratings and massages with fake ratings that are a waste of $$, in LP so be careful.

It’s like ur transported into another era & location when you enter this hotel. The service was impeccable. Attention to detail in its design will make its competitors reflect upon their decisions. Switches are all touch screens. You can WhatsApp them your requests or questions and even when you’re out in town when you need a transport back to the hotel, a massive perk. Talk about keeping up with the times. Will definitely recommend this high tech yet truly timeless hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang.
