Amazing room with a private pool that my 8 year old daughter loved. She was able to use it freely because being 128cm, the water was up to her shoulders. The room service was fantastic, too. I could order using the tablet in the room and they left the food and drinks in a cabinet next to the door. It is next to a highway, but I couldn't hear anything from outside. It is also a short drive from many attractions that kids love. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely a steal for the price, shame it is so far the city center. There is free parking on site. Rooms are extremely quiet when taking into consideration the express way next to it and also well furnished. This for sure will be my place to stay in Nagoya.

Their rooms were big and elegant. My daughter loved the jacuzzi or jacuzzi-like bathtub. The food was great. Since the pandemic, I never experienced staying at a hotel with room service available until 3:00 am; it was a delight. The room has a mini-fridge, a microwave oven, and a water dispenser with hot and cold water. There were free VODs to watch which you can enjoy since they also have a great sound system. There is a free parking space. The staff was accommodating. There is one thing I would like to suggest, though. Kindly seam the futon and the blanket sheet together or at least the edges of the blanket sheets properly. It was somewhat frustrating to see it apart when used. After all, I’d definitely come back.

(Late review: I stayed here in March 2020) This is the best hotel I've been to so far in Japan, in terms of room size + amenities!! The room was huge, not sure if the prices were a little cheaper due to Covid but it was a stunning room with an amazing bathroom that had a jacuzzi. Despite it being right next to the motorway, the sound proofing was excellent as I did not hear any sounds of cars at all. The station is very close to the hotel and a convenient short walk, which is not a problem if you happen to have large suitcases. The room service was amazing too, food quality was just like if we were at a restaurant. The price of the food were along the same price range as a family restaurant, which was surprising as I was expecting to be charged an extortionate amount because it was room service. In the lobby there is also a drink dispenser and guests can come down to get drinks whenever they want. I will most definitely be coming back to N hotel in the future :)
