Great hotel with amazing spa and fitness facilities. Staff is very nice and helpful, they even assisted us in making a few phone calls in Japanese! Free bicycles. Location is also excellent, only 10-15 min walk from Nagoya station. Overall, for the low price this hotel is a catch!

A great value for money hotel. Rooms are small, but you will get everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The extra facilities including Japanese Bath (onsen hotel) are well popular. Breakfast was very good (not continental etc),

Location is a bit of a walk if you have a lot of luggage, but they do provide free shuttle service from and to Nagoya station. The room is fine as it is to get a good night sleep. But the amenities that comes with the stay is superb. You get free massage chair usage, free onsen/public bath and breakfast. Can't beat it with that price. The staffs are helpful and friendly too.

The location of Nagoya Bs Hotel was probably it's biggest drawback. It takes just under 15 minutes to reach from the station and can be longer depending on where you alight in the station (it's huge and really confusing!). The rooms were a little old and small but clean and serviceable. Service was exemplary, there was an older man who had excellent English and was able to help us with all of our requests. We asked for help to deliver our luggage onwards to Fukuoka and they sorted it all out for us (albeit with a little difficulty due to language barriers) so I'd definitely give it a 10/10 for service! Overall, if you don't have lots of heavy luggage or if you're okay taking a cab, the distance is not a problem and the price is very much worth it!
