Beautiful place with great views and more economically priced than most other hotels in central Göreme. Samuel and Furkan, the front desk staff, are very friendly and helpful. The slightly lower rating for the room is only because there is no WiFi in the rooms. Considering that they are carved into the cliff, I'm sure it's difficult to get in the rooms. Definitely recommend this place.

A fantastic place to stay. Close to everything. Furkan Was so amazingly helpful. He wouldn’t say no to carrying my bags, his English is outstanding and he has a very thorough knowledge of areas to visit. He even put a plan in our google maps for us ( as we had hired a car). The balcony was beautiful, especially in the morning seeing the balloons flying right over us. The management is very lucky to have Furkan working for them 🙏

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely looking and rooms are small but cosy. Location is great - just a few minutes by walk to the center of Goreme and all the restaurants and shops. The views from the terrace and breakfast place are fantastic. Furkan and Amina at the reception are pleasant and helpful. I didn't rate it 5 stars because of these specific issues - a couple of fixtures were broken in the washrooms and in both rooms; room heaters dont work too well; there was hardly any hot water for showering, whether in the AM or PM, and it was very cold here in October; hot water in the lobby for making tea/coffee is supposed to be available 24/7 but it appears as if no one cares to tend to it - guests including myself were turning the kettle on and filling it with water; asked for more coffee at the breakfast buffet at 10:31 and was told coffee is over...I expect because the buffet ends at 10:30 but this was strange 😑 A little attention to the small things in the rooms and a little more sensitivity of the staff to respond to guests better would elevate this hotel. Overall, a decent stay. Thanks to Furkan especially for all the help 🙏

Furqan guy was so good. He assisted us with our travel plan of cappadocia. He knew a lot about the place, distances and nearby places. Amina was super helpful as well, woke us up at 4:30 AM as we told her. Nevertheless, very fresh & good breakfast. Caves room looked so antique but room was quiet cold. Heaters should be on. Weather was so chilly. Rest all were quiet Good!!!
