It's an authentic cave hotel, where you sleep inside a real historic cave that is fully renovated. The location is amazing, people are very friendly. You can have amazing view here early in the morning for the balloons.

AWFUL ARROGANT OVERCHARGED LIES THREAT ATTENTION CHEAP-HOTEL We have had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE where we wrongly booked a day previous to our arrival, we realized and inform the hotel within minutes. Booking Customer Service and us inform them to kindly consider waiving the fees or finding a solution. The hotel ARROGANTLY replied that they are charging the fees anyway and asked why did we book the wrong day? The hotel LIED about not having other rooms available when in booking there was a family room. Last but not least, they read this comment and privately texted to THREATEN us about not allowing us to use the rooms even if we paid for them. Other reviewers comment similarly over PROBLEMS in this hotel; overcharged, lies (e.g. no parking at premises), arrogance, dirtiness (e.g. hygienic problems), language (super bad English), awful service, lack of amenities, poor breakfast and food, etc. MOSAIC HOTEL right next to them looks much better. SUNSET CAVE HOTEL is great, offers an astonishing view with truly great cave rooms and at very good prices

Good hotel, small in size, located on a quiet street in the very center. No problem with parking if you are traveling by car. 5 minutes by car from the observation deck on the Görme Valley. The family room is spacious, with 4 full beds, on the top floor, from where you can enjoy a stunning view. The bathroom in the family room is large. Shampoo, shower gel, slippers and towels were provided. Hot water was both at night and in the morning. The room had tea, coffee, a kettle and a bottle of water. There is a stone rock right in the room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel is so, so. Many, many stairs! When you book you choose the size of the room and pay by square meter. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager said the 2 rooms we book are the same size. We booked different size rooms and I paid more for my room than my friend. All the rooms are not cave rooms. TV did not work. Breakfast was very nice. With in walking distance of town.

A basic cave hotel situated centrally in Göreme. it's a short walk to the bars and restaurants but it is high up, so easy going down but can be a challenge going back up on foot, especially for older people or very young children. However, a taxi from the coach station to the hotel was only 40,₺; it's a fixed price at the time of writing this,so very reasonable. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, with spectacular views across the area. The staff are extremely welcoming and cheerful. The breakfast is buffet style but they will cook an omelette or whatever if you ask, and there's a good selection to choose from. İf you head up to the roof terrace at 6am you will have a fantastic view of the many balloons going up. Well worth getting up early for this, even though breakfast doesn't officially start until 8-30. Overall ticks a lot of boxes and we would stay there again.
