Spacious room, good bed, large balcony, great shower. Very late check-in at 5 pm! Not a good thing when you arrive in the morning. No mineral water bottles in room. Neighbourhood too far from 'the real' city centre! Had to take a bus or walk 30 minutes. Hotel seems to be located in a business district?

I would like to have rated this hotel higher, but I had an unfortunate incident the day I was meant to check out where someone from the staff came into my room while I was in the shower and then left my door wide open. As a woman traveling alone, they could have placed me in a very dangerous situation. The staff’s response when I brought this up was just to say sorry. I understand mistakes happen, but when you are risking your guests’ security, it’s unacceptable to just try to brush it off.

We stayed for only one night, but the location was convenient, the rooms was nice and quiet. It's a good location if you're in transit.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. However the two ladies at reception lacked manners and were definitely not trained to interact with clients. When I first arrived, I asked if there was a fridge in the room as it’s an appart’hotel and the lady said no. Then, I asked if there was a chance for me to store my little Pierre Hermé cake in their fridge for the night and she said no. Is it a 4 stars? Definitely not. I went to the room, the room 206, I found a fridge. The door of the room couldn’t close properly, I phoned the reception and she said “ah yeah yeah I know, it’s always like this with room 206. Just slam the door and it will close it.” I responded that it will disturb the neighbors and she wasn’t worried about that. Then, in the evening, I tried to switch on the TV and nothing was happening. I tried to phone them again for like 10min, no one answered. I had to go down to reception to ask for help and the lady said “sorry, the technician is not here. Just switch it off and on and it will be fine.” I unplugged the cables and yes it worked after that. The man at the reception in the next morning looked more like a professional. I recommend the place because of the cleanliness and the location, however don’t expect much from reception. You will only get a mcDonald’s vibe.
