I have booked an appartment via booking.com and was successfully charged, then I received notification that hotel cancelled my booking and DID NOT RETURNED MONEY! It is even impossible to chargeback as payment was successfull and months passed since payment. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!!

Our booking was cancelled by the property for late 2020. I had pre paid for the room we would be staying in, £110. After they cancelled our booking, I have tried to email them multiple times and they have not responded once about giving us our money back. Extremely poor customer service.
