Rooms and location were on point. Roof top pool area is great but only accessible one out of my three days there do to a private event so recommend asking before booking. Customer service pretty disappointing…had to ask for coffee multiple times and they had zero remorse for my disappointment about the pool…the reason I booked it. Overall a solid place, but my experience was a disappointment…

Great Location, good staff, prompt service, decent menu, decent breakfast & pool. The only thing i didn't like was the A/C wasn't working and room was quite hot (with a very small window opening that did not help & a weak noisy fan) they just said it was because of routine maintenance, but I think I should have been notified. They didn't try to make it up to us in anyway. Apart from that, not bad.

3/4 star hotel at very best. Constant sound of water pipes in room, which are very small. Not allowed to bring anyone to your room. No views from rooftop and gym facilities are not good. Would not stay here again.
