Good location, good service We spent 3 nights in one room which had everything you need cleen and very well designed. , then left for a couple of nights for a trip and got a different room when we came back. That second room was far from OK. It had a smell of mold Really strong. So make sure you check the room before you're obligated It really ruined it for us and that's a pity, it is really unique otherwise

We had a triple sharing corner room for three nights. The suite room was excellent with two interconnected rooms with two separate bathrooms and balconies. The location was our favourite as we were in the heart of the town and Night Bazar. The reception staff Pae and Mae during the day and Oat during the night were extremely helpful in making our bookings and arranging for a car during our day trip.

We wanted to stay in a hotel close to the old city, Tha Phae Gate. We also wanted to be near the night bazar, the Chinese market. This hotel satisfies both these requirements. We were 3 people, so we booked a suit room. After checking in, we were very happy to see the room. The room was in the corner facing the Kalare night market. It had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets and 2 balconies. The furniture, fittings and facilities in the rooms were very nice. It's located on a narrow road (may be 7 metre wide) opposite the Kalare night bazar. Staff at the front office are young and helpful. Breakfast is very elaborate and good. They have good tie ups with various agencies for sight seeing, massage, activities (zip lining). It's very close to the Ping river, walkable actually. There is an iron bridge which was decked up with bright colourful lights as part of balloon festival held in Chiang Mai every year on 28th Nov. On the other side is the chineese market which is open till late night. Kalare market, bang opposite the hotel offers various types of food - Thai, Malaysian, Chinese etc. They are very good and so is the price. In short, everything about the hotel is good.

We stayed one night in a family room, which is basically 2 rooms connected to each other with 1 king size bed and 1 double size bed. The rooms were spacious. The included breakfast was typical to the hotel's level - decent but nothing to write home about. The hotel is located very close to the night bazaar but it was still quiet and we had a good sleep. Overall, in respect of value over money - it's worthwhile staying in this hotel.
