The location was in a really good place, staff and service were nice. The room was dirty, there was a spider and spiderweb and we had to call the staff to kill it. We also spotted hairs in the bathroom and mold. It was unhygienic i do NOT recommed this hotel!

I chose this “hotel” room because of the good recommendations and the nice pictures from their website. I really cannot understand the good rating and I could not imagine that they have the rooms they are showing. I would strongly recommend to add a few euros and book a proper hotel room. The breakfast was suddenly not offered at all without any explanation. The sad highlights were the disgusting dirt, dust and mold everywhere, the narrowness and the incredibly loud surroundings. The bathroom had several broken items, light at the mirror didn’t work and cables were just left there. One star more they deserve for the friendly personnel which was available at any time. All in all the worst value for the money, I ever experienced.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Its central location was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Amsterdam.

Great potential, but although the concierge was friendly, the hotel misses the total package. 2 of 3 of the once stylish rooms were very cramped. Now too expensive for the quality offered. Alleyway carpet stained with bleech spots, shower drain partly clogged with old hair and soap dispenser dislocated from the wall. Biased maybe because company policy did not alow to shorten stay with one day, which is sort of inflexible as well. Anyway, location is great, there's an elevator, some complimentary drinks.

Great, comfortable room! It had air conditioning, blackout curtains and complimentary beverages in the mini fridge. Perfect for a hot, summer day. They also provided slippers and ear plugs, which made it feel like a luxury hotel. Easy access to the tram to get around. Staff was really friendly. A hidden gem. We’ll definitely return to Hotel No. 377 House the next time we stay in Amsterdam!
