Great hotel! The rooms were nice and big, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also great! The only downside is that our rooms was right over the train tracks, so it’s was a little loud. But overall great hotel!

The location is so conviniance as it attached right next to train station. We traveled from Geneva airport to Annecy by bus. and coming back by train. There is big sofa in the room. We didn't have breakfast there because we knows we woke up late.. There are many restaurant near by hotel. Hotel has nice outdoor sitting area. The bar offer local brew beer. It's good to try different beers. There is water purifier next to lift. When we need boiled water, we use water from there.

The air condition or thermostat was broken, but staff insisted it wasn't. The room remained above 24C the entire day and cool air never came through the vents. I checked with my friends' rooms and they did not have this issue. Also, the key cards would constantly deactivate. Other hotels do not have this issue with their key cards. The hotel is also located above the train tracks, so trains will be clearly audible during your stay.
