The receptionist was helpful and welcoming, a good start to any stay. Our room was very clean with a good sized bathroom. The large bed was comfortable. The fridge containing milk and water was a good size for a hotel room and the kettle was handy for making warm drinks. Check out was quick and easy. We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again.

We felt very welcome and comfortable. Your restaurant is OUTSTANDING! It was rainy during our one night stay and the next day we went to our ship so we did not explore. However, despite all the traffic outside, the interior of the hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the Executive Suite.

The service was good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish they had some recreational activities and children play area for people to stay in on rainy days. Location is good, 2 mins walk to the nearest tram station. Also they give a city pass so you can take the tram/public transport within the city for free. Apart from that, everything was fine.
