Elevated mid range hotel with modern spacious rooms offering private bathroom. Incomprehensible control units for light and ventilation in the room. Unfortunately there is no wellness available. Room windows can’t be opened so no fresh air. In addition the ventilation system brings a perfume smell into the rooms which can create certain discomfort and irritation for people with respiratory problems or hypersensitivity. The breakfast offers more than a standard breakfast, but somehow lacks passion. There was confusion about the eligibility of breakfast, although it was included in the booking. This was kind of frustrating that the staff felt that this administrative failure needed to be clarified with the guest instead of the front desk. There is a tram stop available within 150 meters distance. Location is central, close to museums and restaurants.

We had a great room overlooking the garden, and I had booked the special breakfast, champagne etc. All the staff were excellent and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent position: not far from the stop to/from the airportm and with a tram stop right outside the hotel so that you can get in to the centre in a matter of minutes.

I am very satisfied with my stay in Pullman Hotel, Basel. The hotel has welcoming, responsive and professional staff, is conveniently located, room was spacious and clean and breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel for business and private stays in Basel. Thank you!

Came for my birthday and the staff made it a very pleasant stay, thank you! Everyone was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Lovely selection at breakfast, the breakfast and bar staff are very welcoming and cheerful. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff changed the pillows for firm ones on request which was appreciated. The hotel provides a bottle of water free in the mini bar alongside a selection of teas and coffee. I would highly recommend anyone travelling for business or leisure. I will definitely book when coming back for either. Thank you 🥰

Went to Basel to celebrate my son's second birthday. I had a pet with me and that was one reason to choose Pullman. The overall stay and experience was really great and we as a family had a great time in the hotel. I need to have a special mention about the staffs - each and every staff we saw and met in the hotel was so warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and maintained well. The hotel is near to the main city with restaurants and super markets in walkable distance. The old town and Rhine river is walkable (~10 mins), but you will also get a tram in front of hotel if you need. The break fast buffet was also really good, just one suggestion maybe add one international dish every day (some Asian preferably).
