It definitely shouldn't be labeled as a Novotel, it's not up to standards. Advertised as having air conditioned but it's turned off even though it's hot inside. Saggy mattress and rooms are not well soundproofed, maids do a lot of noise and talk loud and laugh early in the morning.

Great hotel, excellent location with a carpark right next door. Lovely staff who are very attentive and helpful (and speak amazing English). Rooms are pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. Nice bar with a good selection of drinks (hard and soft) at very reasonable prices.

Very good location, with underground parking next door. Tasty breakfast. But Not enough power sockets in room. Double bed but only one socket from one side? And zero from other side? And 2nd thing - 0,5l water costs 3 euro in reception. Really? Because of that only 3 stars.

Hotel is located very well in city center and whole Bruges can be covered via foot. Public Parking is available next to hotel itself and 24hr parking costs 16euros. Breakfast is good and have really good spread. We booked Standard room with 1 double bed and 1 sofabed and room was ok and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a swimming pool as well which is not very large but good to enjoy with kids. Overall property is budget style and satisfying.
