I enjoyed the room I stayed in - it was big, clean and tidy. Electrical and bathroom appliances were properly functioning. Bed was really comfortable. I enjoyed restaurant and bar service, although I have found water and tea price much higher than I would expect even for such a luxury place (a bottle of 250ml water for 6 euros is a bit unusual). Variety of foods and drinks were at high level and quality. Receptionists were friendly and supportive. When I have forgotten my room card, they have provided it to me. All in all, I liked your hotel and wish you all the best in your business.

Lovely hotel, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast at Euro 25 a bit expensive so ate out mostly. Had dinner in the hotel which was good. Couple of issues. Fridge in room didn't work, and one of the bedside lights was defective too. Reported the light but nothing happened. Did not report the fridge.

Novotel never fails to impress us. Simplicity, and clean. Very friendly reception interacting with our children, child play area, and we got to check in 4 hours early! Very happy

My family and me had a pretty pleasant one-week stay in a clean and comfortable room. Central location, incredibly a few steps away from underground stations U-1 and U-3. A very diverse breakfast buffet, served with fresh ingredients every morning. Enjoyed the breakfast and started the day especially with friendly manners by Mrs. Ledru in the breakfast lounge. We were kindly and warmly treated by Mr. Rabe in the reception, special thanks to him. It was well worth staying there.

The rudest receptionist I’ve ever seen in my trip around Europe. I came here expecting a warm welcome at late night, the receptionist was being kind to a German speaking guy in front of me, and switched his attitude when it was my turn, he def had a bad attitude toward Asian. The communication between us was unpleasant, first, he claimed I will be having a king bed size room, but I end up with two twin beds, he also forgot to include my breakfast reservation till I reminded him. Never mind, they offered to switch to another room, which I did, and… they forget to include my breakfast reservation again with the new room, I had to wait outside of the dining hall before they confirmed the information. Pros: there is metro station right in front of the hotel, very convenient to travel around, they offer pretty good breakfast, my room got cleaned everyday. A tiny cons about the room: there is no proper table to do business work. Only a small sofa stand, which is too short to sit while working on my computer. I really hope they could be more mindful with non-German speaking customers. Peace and love.
