One of the worst four star hotels I have ever stayed in. No bottled water, no toilet amenities, no in-room slippers, no iron, pillows of different sizes, cranky lifts, poor maintenance of room and common spaces. There’s a creepy ironing room on the 17th story where the irons are burnt and boards are dirty. I can’t think of any redeeming things for a four star hotel this terrible. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

What a nightmare. I'm posting this 2 hours into checking in. Left my toothpaste in the airport lounge and was hoping to get a set of toothbrush/paste but was told the hotel doesn't provide that. Stepped into the room and was throwing some scraps and caught a glimpse of the bin cover which shocked me. There was no iron in the room, so I had to go to the 'ironing room' which was really creepy, and check out the state of the iron. It almost ruined my shirt! Waiting to discover more disgusting things in the hotel...

Nice clean hotel, friendly and courteous staff. Rooms are slightly small for my liking but it is still value for money nonetheless. Room has a safe and a minibar. The restaurant is decent and the rooftop has a gym, pool, hot tub, and a sauna. Not sure how good the neighborhood is but we took Uber everywhere.

A 3 star by usual standards (us or eu) … Hotel looks modern enough, and perhaps in an ‘up and coming ‚ area, which isn’t quite up or coming. Rooms are well presented, and modern, with great views, however the rooms are poorly put together, with multiple defects and water damage. If you order room service please allow 2-3 hours for delivery, extremely poor service. Hence 3 star

Over 40 mins waiting in line to check in after a very long flight (there were only 2 families in front of me.) I had a pre-booked reservation and it only took 3 mins to check me in once I got to the front Please consider express check in and check out. Toilet kept running for 5 mins after each flush. Front desk staff were rude. When I tried to put my key in the Express check out I was laughed at and told to get in line. Why have a box then? Stay somewhere else. Very disappointed from my stay.
