Spent two nights at this small hotel in January 2024. Location is the best feature. It's literally right next to Taipei Main Station underground M6 Exit with numerous small bustling shops nearby. Public bathroom/washroom were spotless clean whenever I need to use them. Room was extremely small as it advertised, but I had wonderful sleep in both night. The entire floor was nearly as quiet as a grave yard. A great choice for traveler like myself who just need a good clean room for sleep. BTW, the public lounge was a great space for stretching legs or simply relaxing/eating/surfing etc. Will come back again in the future for short visit to Taipei.

Rooms are a bit small, and the bathroom is not kept well. There is a hairdryer, but the handle was broken. But the place is really affordable and has a very good location (5 minutes away from Taipei Main Station and Bus Station). The hotel is also well situated as there is a Starbucks, a couple of convenience stores, a Uniqlo, and a Daiso nearby. They just don't do early check-in.

The rooms smelt super strange, just damp. I think because the shower is quite literally a part of the room. Definitely some mold in there. But, it was a good spot for one night!

Pros: The hotel is located near Taipei Main Station, there are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience stores in the surrounding. Low price for private room (though with shared toilet and bathroom). The common area is quite nice. Cons: Rooms have very bad mouldy smell. You will get use to it after a while, but once you return to your room from the outside, the smell will hit you again. Rooms are quite small and dimly lit with no window (mostly). Toilets and shower rooms are on 2 different ends of the building but weirdly, not segregated by sex, which is extremely inconvenient (especially for females). Maintenance is bad, a lot things are broken - free drinking machine, free PCs, washing machine, bidet etc (see my pictures). The common area is quite nice but it is mostly empty with no atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this place just for the mouldy smell alone. But if you want a private room and can't find any place cheaper (like what happened to me) and don't mind the smell and all the cons, then this place is still acceptable.

Great location, lots of eateries around and only 5 mins to the train station. However, "hotel" is a little misleading and they should just call it a budget hostel. It's a little run down and the bathrooms are not the cleanest. The male and female bathrooms are right next to each other as well, which can be uncomfortable for some. Rooms were ok and comfortable enough. I appreciate that they gave me one with a window when I had initially booked it without. Also did not experience any noise as I was at the end of the corridor.
