This was our first stay in Colombo we reached hotel and the rooms were good clean and well maintained. We stayed for a night and it was good. We don’t use any amenities like the pool or gym so no comments on it The food was good we had dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly

Lovely hotel in colombo. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very cooperative. Food is well prepared. Services are up to the mark. One can see the ocean from the room windows. One may like to come again

The location is great; that was the reason why I chose this for my family trip. However, they have a lot to improve in terms of general management, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. At the current state, I would not return here.

i will give 5star rating for this hotel. Amazing room with high end quality service. The first impression started at reception with fast check in. The room space amazing. i feel home. Indeed, the hotel is one of the reason i have extended my stay. Simple and tasty breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. The most important its value for money (really worth to stay- August). I wish more people come forward to support underrated hotel like this to grow further. Sometimes, we think only 5 star hotel can give high quality stay but this hotel proven they can do the same. See you again Ocean Edge.

Hello fellow travellers please don't opt this accommodation at any cost. Your trip will be completely ruined. Initially they allotted a room which had insects, broken walls and uncleaned toilets and stained bedsheets. Then when I complained they said will send across housekeeping who never ever bothered to come. Around 9pm on request they said 1 room is empty now as expected guest hasn't turned up in the same floor. To our dismay this was no good either but only advantage was restroom was not in bedroom. I am attaching the photos. Breakfast was good and the staff at restaurant needs special mention they were helpful and smiling only saving thing in this frailing property. 2 men at reception was really good and willing to help but looked like they were helpless and knew of the situation. Location is the only thing that will push you to stay for a day beyond that it is not possible. There are many accomodation available nearby so I suggest to choose wisely.
