I love this resort!! I went last March and it was amazing! All of the employees were so kind and helpful even when we last minute needed to extend our stay they were very accommodating. Rafael has been such an amazing help with booking and made it super stress free! The proximity to the beach is amazing and my friends and I will be returning. Already booked with them again and it will not be my last time! Definitely recommend for families, girls/guys trips, etc. Truly can not go wrong booking here.

I’ve been staying at the Ocean Manor for years now and i never had a complaint. The modern-updated rooms are a huge bonus! Rafael - the manager is the absolute best! He’s very accommodating and very attentive. He’ll make sure you always leave with a smile. His professionalism is great and always has a fresh haircut! Thank you for everything!

Front desk was very helpful and nice. We were on the 3rd floor with an ocean view. Incredible view. However, if you have young kids, I would not recommend that you stay here. It was super loud, people partied until 3-4am. Insulation is not good therefore you’ll hear everything. As for the room, there is no closets in the room, comforters were dirty, our bath towels were wet and have odor. Refrigerator is dirty as well. Bathroom is tiny and super dirty, also it doesn’t have air vents. Bathroom door lock did not work. No locks on the sliding doors to the balcony. This place is very old and it doesn’t seem like they put any effort into it. When we got there, there were 2 huge plastic bags (trash) in the hallway, it was still there when we checked out. Our plan was to stay there for 2 nights but we checked out after one night.

My daughter and I stayed here this week, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish! The front desk staff moved mountains to accommodate us with the room and were incredibly cheerful and genuinely seemed happy we were there :) the tiki bar is fantastic, can eat 3 meals a day with a beautiful ocean view and a friendly, eager, delightful staff to wait on us! The valet staff was on point, we never had to wait for our car. I very much recommend staying here, and hope to be able to again ❤️

I wish I had something good to say, but I don’t. Check in- Person was on a phone call for 10 minutes while stood at the counter. Finally I had to speak loudly and demand he get off the phone and just give me a room and I will happily be on my way. The king bed room I booked was not available. They tried to out me in a lower class room than I booked with two small bed. Was there as a couple. Yes, this was upsetting after explaining we ended up in an ocean view room with large bed. But it took a lot of headache and upset to get there.. Outside the “ocean view room” was a bar with staff who simply did not care about customers, only themselves. The TVs and light were on 24 hour hours at Max Volume. Ocean view balcony doors must be left closed for irritating now. Hotel guests would scream from balcony asking staff to turn it down and staff would ignore the guests. Finally on day 3 at 04:00 I waiting 15 minute on the room phone nobody answered. I went down and personally unplugged multiple tv’s so we could all get some rest. The following days the staff didn’t even plug the TVs back in. Nobody care about anything apparently. I wish them the best, management have those with an “I don’t care” attitude to kindly find a job some place else.
