Not a bad hotel, but they could do better for the price. The valet guys were awesome, super nice, but the front seat, not so much and not very helpful. One of the elevators was broken and the entrance hall smelled like sewage or a dirty bathroom. That must be addressed asap. The rooms were nice and had a great view of the ocean. The fact that we had to go to another floor just to get ice was kind of ridiculous. Overall it was a nice stay.

Loved staying here! Staff were very friendly, rooms are ocean front and very spacious, beds were comfy, decor is modern, natural and beach vibes, love the fact that you can walk up to the beach right in front of the hotel and it has its own complimentary chairs and towel service. Valet was pricey but they were amazing we were able to take the cars in and out unlimited amount of times a day and they opened the doors for us each time. Felt nice to be treated! Would definitely recommend this place.

Do Not Go! What a rip off. They are very good at acting like they are a premier hotel/resort with nothing to back it up. Old. Dingy. Dirty. Falling apart. Lack of elevator availability - they claim to be upgrading the elevators but no action in sight. $48 for valet parking. $50 resort fee. So that is $98 you can add to your bill for absolutely no value what so ever. I never leave unfavorable reviews but I could not wait to leave this place!!

We stayed for our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived from the valet to the bell boy, front desk, the service was excellent. The room was great with a nice layout, and the view from our balcony was fantastic. We had drinks and food outside at the bar, and the service food and drinks were all excellent. And of course, we saw some Pelicans, haha, pictures included.

Great proximity to the beach; just walk out the hotel's back door, and you are right at the beach. Clean (renovated) rooms with relatively modern interior design. Great views of the ocean with cruises afar The hotel pool was small and cold 🥶 but the beach is perfect instead 👌 The lazy river was nice and relaxing Food was average, and unlike resorts, they did not offer exciting poolside/ beach drinks. The place is not very kid friendly
