Most of the reviews are accurate. We enjoyed a nice expansive room. No bugs as others have reported. There's a lot of opportunities to touch up trim and paint edges and caulking, but that wasn't a big enough of a distraction. It was a good room at a fair price. Beach Access was a bit unconventional. Cross a busy street, cut through a McDonald's parking lot, cut through a hotel lobby and bar.. finally the beach. Staff was friendly. Pool looked sketchy. Bottom line, reasonable price for the area. Not 5 stars. Not 1 star. Worth it if you are on a budget.

Nothing like the pictures but the room was okay and definitely better than the outside. The main issue is the folks who were either staying here or (more likely) living here - dozens of adults and children screaming until late at night, smoking, having domestics, partying, being rowdy, making a mess outside etc. Not on the beach but a 10 minute walk.

Nice location but rooms are very run down and dated. Also saw some baby roaches in the room. The comforter had burn holes in it same with the curtains. Outside door doesn’t shut all the way could see outside around the door frame. Lady at the front desk is pretty rude and not inviting.

The rooms are dated but clean. We asked for a room and she gave us 2 options. $135 for one bed and $155 for a room with 2 beds. Told her I wanted 1 bed. She said well that other room is larger for only $20 more. I told her thank you but don't need a larger room. We are just going out for dinner and sleeping then headed south. Plus I'd rather leave the 2 bedroom open Incase a family or larger party needed more beds. Get home from vacation and she charged us $185 for small room.
