Just over night to take our cruise tomorrow. Check in was easy and quick. Room is nice. Bed is super comfy! , decor is unique fun boutique hotel. Pool area seemed like a cool atmosphere. Hughes was great…. He explained all amenities, and since we had such a long day and checked in so late he quickly suggested late check out tomorrow for which I was very grateful. He also helped us with our heavy luggage to the next bldg,

We had a wonderful stay. This is my first time staying in Miami beach. The pool was warm so my daughter had a great time in the pool. Amenities (shampoo, rinse and body wash) are top notch- I globe trot and last time the same amenities was available in Shilla Hotel in Seoul, probably the most premium hotel you can stay in Seoul, South Korea. Other small little touches like strong laundry bags with strings are details lost on newer and modern looking hotels. The other reviews talk about rooms and stuff, I just want to focus that the staff there are amazing- they will do all the small little things four seasons will do for you, such as send you to the beachfront by their pink buggy and back, great when you have no clue where the beach is, and you have free two towels and two chairs by Miami beach! So glad we stayed at the Plymouth. Special shout out to Hughes for checking us in at 1 am and explaining to us in detail how to pay less for parking! Appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay recently at The Plymouth Hotel. The reception was lovely and fast and they offered us welcome beverages. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the Molten Brown products. The pool is nice and there is a great cocktail bar and cafe. Cannot wait to return!

We just checked in. There were no shower accessories in the room (for one person only). We asked for a kettle - they refused us! In the kettle! When 2 children and 2 adults were indicated in the booking. Children don't drink coffee. There is no complimentary water even when checking in. There are no dental cleaning kits, no cotton pads! No cotton swabs! Are you kidding me?? This is a hotel that is included in the small boutique hotels of the world!! Where is your service?? A huge deposit and a lack of basic care?? I wanted to spend the New Year holidays with my family, and faced such monstrous treatment?? And Paid coffee from the coffee machine in the room is just monstrous. Not only that! the reception manager named Isabel (that's how she introduced herself when I asked her name. Most likely it will not be true! She refused to tell me her full details and laughed that she would not provide me with a kettle, they were not in the hotel. Although this is not the case!!!help me solve my problems urgently - is it really monstrous to show such a service and such boorish employees?!!! How can this be done?? I'll have to leave today and go to wherever I can about my situation and your hotel.

We checked in for 2 nights, upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, holding doors for us, handling our luggage. Check in process was smooth, we got our keys quickly. The boutique hotel was well designed, lots of unique touches. Retro touches like a phone room. The lobby was decorated for the holidays which gave it a warm touch. The room itself was located in at the other building. It was clean, not much privacy when it comes to bathroom door. You can hear all sounds from inside.The pool in the courtyard was ver nice, it was surrounded by a bar, restaurant. At night it was lit up with twinkle lights. Parking: $40/day (valet - in and out service - phone app to request). Self parking is around that amount but if no in and out privilege. You pay each time.
