The room which I received no.316 was smoked. The smell of tobacco didn’t give me any chance to feel comfortable in it. Venting didn’t work at all, some towels were not fresh and I couldn’t get in touch with someone who in charge of it. Very bad experience

Good value, good double bed, room is quite large for 1 or 2 people, silent, but this more a studio apartment than an hotel. No daily cleaning, soap is not provided, toilet paper can run out and you must buy it yourself. Great for a couple of days but can be a problem for longer stays.

If I could give a -5 rating, I would write it I do not recommend this hotel for booking to visit Because the people who work there are scammers. Let's start with the fact that this hotel does not have a reception and you must check in yourself using the code which the hotel should send you 24 hours before check-in. And this is not a problem because many hotels work this way and I have been to such hotels more than once. this hotel didn't ask for my ID Didn't send me a code before check-in when I started writing to this hotel they did not answer me and there is still no answer I was only answered by the intermediary company through which I reserved the hotel. They tried to help me and even asked for my ID, but it was late in the evening when I was already checked into another hotel. when I began to demand that the money be returned to me because the hotel did not respond on time, the hotel again did not answer me, but answered the intermediary company and refused a refund if your reputation is worth 75 euros, then I feel very sorry for you and hope that you will go bankrupt in the near future. I could come to your hotel more than once and recommend you to my friends. But I hope that no one else will come to your hotel because you are petty, greedy people who, without understanding the facts, that a person could not check into your hotel because of your technical problems, are afraid of losing 75 euros. Until now, on December 24, the support service has not contacted me. shame on you
