Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities and Fantastic Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities impressed me. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, providing a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary delight I experienced. The pizza served here is simply delicious - with a perfectly baked crust, rich and flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. It's a must-try for anyone staying here. Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to Marcos, the bartender. His skill in mixing drinks is exceptional. Each beverage he prepared for us was a unique blend of flavors, perfectly suited to our tastes. His friendly and professional service truly enhanced our overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton was remarkable. The pleasant facilities, delectable food, and especially the excellent service provided by Marcos, made it a memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location. We stayed and had tickets to Universal while there. The walk to the park is 1 mile from the hotel to security. There are sidewalks and crosswalks the whole way so the walk is very safe. We did it with a toddler and a stroller without issue. There are many restaurants, shops, and activities nearby including a Walgreens across the street and mini golf next door. You are also within walking distance (probably a half mile walk) to Universal’s Dockside hotel. We used the Starbucks there. They also have a gift shop and quick service food. The hotel offers a shuttle that leaves twice in the morning and returns in the evening from Universal. You do have to signs up with the agents in the lobby who aggressively try to sell you tickets which is annoying. All rooms do not come with mini fridges, but they will bring one of you ask. The pool and splash park were nice. We were there in January and although it was chilly they kept the pool very warm so we could swim. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was great. They come every other day. We would definitely stay again when we go to Universal.

This hotel is old and dated from the outside and the rooms and bathrooms are kinda updated but still a little drab. The customer service here was terrible, starting with an inexperienced lady at the front desk who charged the wrong credit card and held up my funds for almost 10 days as a result. After this took place I was argued with and called a liar by another lady named Alejandra. She claimed to be a manager. Overall unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go back there. Breakfast was God awful. Wouldn't pay $2 for it. Coffee was terrible too. Don't stay here unless you need something close to universal with the shuttle and can't find another property.

Alex, Alex, ALEX!!! What a way to start the day! Alex honestly made breakfast one of the best things about our trip. Felt like the family breakfast table each morning. Attention to detail, enjoyed the conversation & PERFECT service. Thanks for making us feel like family! Had a great view from our room on the 21st floor also & everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. Hope to see you guys again!

During my stay, I couldn't help but notice a few concerning aspects of the hotel. Firstly, the rooms had an unpleasant smell that was quite off-putting. It seemed like the carpets and upholstery might need some thorough cleaning or even replacement. Moreover, the overall condition of the rooms felt run-down and dated. It's clear that the hotel could benefit from some renovations and updates. That being said, it's worth mentioning that the service I received during my stay was quite good. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which did enhance my overall experience. However, as commendable as the service was, it didn't fully compensate for the evident issues with the hotel's rooms. In conclusion, while the service at Four Points by Sheraton was a highlight, it was unable to completely overshadow the hotel's shortcomings, including the unpleasant room smell and the aging decor. It's my hope that the management addresses these issues to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.
