Nice location and friendly workers. But way to expensive for what it offers. Our room was infested with moskitos (in November?!) and it was possible to sleep in a bit of peace only if completely under the duvet, and still the bugs could eat me out. The door of the bathroom was broken and some really shady people walked around the hostel. It smelled everywhere like cigarette and the fridge was half frozen so there was not enough space to put food and drinks inside as half of the space was blocked by ice. I went to much nicer hostels in big cities for much less money. Not returning for sure.

If you need a place close to the public transport, this is a perfect one. But, the facilities of this hostel are to be improved. Water was not hot and kitchen is simple and not that well-cleaned. Another advantage is that it's shared ensuite bedroom, so you don't have to walk out of the room to do washing.

This place needs serious renovation (not just decoration on the wall). Insects, mould, old furniture, toilets making noise in the night, enough humidity to make the doors difficult to open. The perfect hostel to meet bedbugs if you ask me. I obviously wouldn't use the kitchen! I wouldn't sleep there again, even if service was nice, and the hostel is near Piazza Morbegno, a good place to hang around.
