It’s the worst place In the earth ! I stayed. For 5 nights .. 1- they don’t have a bed for babies ! 2- no air condition in the rooms 3- the pillows were very old and poor. And they refused to change it or give me an extra one ! 4- they did not change the towels every day and i asked to change , they changed it once and no more !! 5- there is. Only one coffee machine. In the whole place 6- the rooms are too small than their pictures 7- the shower cabinet is transparent !!!!!! It’s a very bad place 8- they refused to refund our money. , we asked when we arrived to refund. They refused !!!! 9- the money save is broken ! Don’t go there !

Overall I had a good stay. The location was fantastic, slightly noisy... between the main road and the thin walls of the rooms, I could hear the voices of the guests in the rooms next door... but I had already budgeted for it and I remedied it by bringing earplugs with me. I had no problems with accessing codes, the directions provided were efficient. The lockers for suitcases and the fresh water dispenser are also convenient. The room was very nice, bright and comfortable... it's a shame that the cleanliness wasn't completely impeccable and there was no disposable courtesy kit, but rather bottles of shower gel in the shower which didn't guarantee maximum hygiene. This is why I don't give 5 stars, there is room for improvement but for a 1 night stay it's fine

Very small but nice room. I didn't like that the soap was in a non-sealed/non-single-dose dispenser, but an open one, of the refillable type: the ingredients and characteristics of the product are not legible and I find it really unhygienic. In the shower (separated from the bathroom, which is located directly in the room, with the glass door that opens next to the bed, at least in our room), there was only one product, no shampoo, no conditioner... and always some rechargeable type. So in the bathroom. EXCELLENT location, next to the Ottaviano stop. I, personally, am not smart enough for this Hotel. If you are, go there instead.
