It was really nice having a little kitchen to cook meals in. The view from the pool was nice and it was nice having later pool hours. The location is very walkable to many places, like kata Beach, Karon Beach and we even walked to the fruit market and makro to buy groceries.

My room was 4 out 5 with the typical HARD Thai mattress and minor bathroom issues. But the overall condition of the rest of the building is showing its age. Nothing like any of the photos.

I stayed at ozone for several months, in multiple rooms. It has some problems (really smelly toilets on the first floor, something wrong with the plumbing there. And every morning there’s a horrible smell in the car park). But outside of that it was a wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach, everything works well, the staff are super nice and responsive. I can’t put my finger on what it is but it was just a really nice, simple place to live. I paid 50k a month but that price was too high for what the rooms should really be worth, so go for something cheaper here if you can.

I rented the condo from airbnb. The condo had a comfortable bed, couch and kitchen with weekly housekeeping. It’s a nice, small condo building that have a small pool and gym with few equipments. The best part of this condo is it’s location. It very near to Kata beach and walking street. You can find many great restaurants nearby that offer fresh seafood. Overall a good place to stay near beach.
