Very comfortable and clean hotel. Close to all tourist facilities (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi...). Close to Tramway station, about 100 meters away

I booked a room for my parent for 2 night and really regret about it. The rooms were dirty, the bed setting were not fresh, no water in the room, no elementary hygiene staff. I'm really sorry, they spoiled my parents' holiday. A BIG DISLIKE.

They put us on the top-most floor (level 5 I think) and there's no elevator. It's fine if they have good stairs but no. The room we got is spacious BUT the heater doesn't work!! Imagine sleeping on winter season at -2 to 3°C without heater!! Since we have a child with us, we complained about it on our first day and they said they will send a technician. They didn't fix it and told us that they will just change our room the next day. But NO, they didn't even bother changing our room!! They didn't clean the rooms and didn't change the towels!! I don't recommend this place.
