For me, the location was perfect, the rooms were very clean, and well maintained. We took the #1 taxi bus, which dropped us off right down the street. Self-entry instructions were super easy as we arrived just after 2. The room was perfect for my child, and I and the shower was spacious. Check out was super quick and easy, only thing I failed to know is that the standard accommodation tax must be in cash. If I came to Venice again, I would definitely stay here!

This was the perfect place to stay in Venice. The location was fantastic, rooms were beautiful, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast every day was something we really looked forward too. Beatrice the front desk person was very sweet and booking was easy. There were plenty of great places within walking distance and was quiet and safe at night. 10/10. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are top notch, the location is a bit away from St Mark Square, but still I loved the near live street. We left our luggage in the room early as it was ready and made our tour in the city till night.

That happend a year ago 1. When I booked the room I didn't get any booking reference what and at what price I booked, I contacted via email and get just short answers "yes your booking is OK" 2. Prior arrival to Venice fiew day in advance they asked me to make on-line chek-in, I did. 3. When we arrived at day time before 16 pm nobody opens the door we didn't get any code for front door, luckily some other random guest of this property was at the door and I get in to find room key with my name on the front desk?! I called and emailed to get the outdoor code also cose in other way it was not possible to get back in, I get it after an hour of waiting. 4. The only positive thing was the room was exactly as on the picture but not very clean with sand on the floor, some hair on the sheets and some garbage under the bed. 5. They are keeping amount of one night ~260€ in case for not show reserved for over a month on my credit card even I already paid them for a stay, I contacted them they didn't do anything I contacted so nex have to contact my bank for advice. That kind of "service is only saying that the place don't like visitors, this was not how to treat paying and willing to pay clients.
