This is not a 5 star hotel! The breakfast food was poor quality. As an example, I ordered an omelet and I requested it to be without oil. The cook either ignored, or did not understand my request and used oil in the preparation. I would be ok with that, excerpt for the fact that they were using cheap soy oil to cook, and the omelet tasted like something that was smothered in oil. The food options in the buffet are limited and poor quality. Anyways, not a big deal, but I paid good money for the stay and I was expecting better.

The hotel is good, but I wish I could say the same about thier service. I was billed twice for my stay at the hotel. I have been trying to get hold of the hotel to reverse the second payment, but they dont take calls or respond to mails. Its fraud.

Stayed here for 5 nights Nov 2018. Had a great stay, room was very clean and spacious. Service was excellent. The only two things were: 1) staffs did not speak English except the front office 2) we were charged 50 yuan for a swimming ring for my 5yo daughter, it was only a $1 swimming ring that she used for 5 mins. And we paid for RENTING it. Man, 5* hotel's renting some kids swimming rings?? You can get more money than from such things. And they did not accept room charge or card, we gotta go back right away and all the way to the room to get cash to pay. Such a hassle.

Great hotel close to Financial Street, Forbidden City and next to Joy City and Xidan malls. Luxurious and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Has three restaurants, namely Japanese, Chinese and large Buffet restaurant. The Buffet also serves Western food. Concierge service covers, apart from Asian languages, also English and French. Enjoyable experience. Will visit again.
