First time staying at this hotel we were impressed with the level of comfort and services we received. All staff were polite and attentive. Front desk and lounge staff were a pleasure to deal with. Our suite was well presented, spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our housekeeping lady 栗女士 looked after us extremely well. She paid attention to every detail of our needs and habits, which made us feel at home. The buffet breakfast on level 4 had a nice blend of traditional Chinese and western food with a great variety to choose from. Again, staff there were excellent and nothing is too much for them. One staff member even went to the trouble to track me down to my seat and hand delivered me a pork dish that had been temporarily unavailable from his food station. Gym and pool facilities were excellent. Equipment was wiped clean after every use. (A little cooler in the gym would be even better.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely go back!

Great location. 5mins walk to subway station. Our room service lady doing wonderful job while we stay. After she know I only like regular coffee but not decaf. She left extra regular coffee every day to me. That’s so caring. All the staff there are very helpful and polite. I’m looking to stay there for next time of my trip.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The room is gorgeous, the amenities and service are top notch, the food there was in excellent quality, every staff we met was super helpful, kind and dedicate to create a perfect experience for the guests. It’s so worth the money. Thanks for making our stay in Beijing so enjoyable. I’ll always miss our time there. Great job to the team!

When my family & I arrived in Beijing and checked in to JW Marriott, our allocated room on Level 10 was filled with strong cigarette/smoke smell. The hotel staff suggested we opened the windows for ventilation, but it was -12 degrees when we arrived in Beijing. The hotel front desk apologised and reallocated us to another room at Level 8, but when the lift door opened, the whole corridor was filled with cigarettes/smoke smell. I am appalled that such a renowned 5-star hotel allows smokers to smoke freely without doing anything about it. Finally, the hotel front desk managed to allocate us another room at level 12. Everything seems fine, but when you switched on the room aircon, you will be occasionally greeted with cigarette/smoke smell as the aircon is a centralised system. We have to switch off the aircon (no ventilation) to prevent us from taking in 2nd hand smoke.
