I'm not sure this would be an hotel I'd recommend, given that there were some other nice hotels around. Pros: very nice location. It is convenient to get anything you want around. Cons: the hotel is somewhat old. The TV was new but unclear as those in the 90s. Surprisingly no one from the hotel realized that. Not many USB charging outlets. No USB-C charging available. Conclusion: overall, it shouldn't be hard to find a better hotel with a lower price in this neighborhood.

Perfect service giving guests a warm and welcoming stay. I relax as soon as I step through lobby as staff take such good care of you from the minute you arrive. No customized need is too much trouble. They warmly find out how your day is going, or what you face on this trip, and will arrange a special treat to make life better and easier. One time I got gifted coffee and slice of my favorite cake to take on my journey, when they heard I wouldn't have time to eat that day. Room service staff are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. They worked around my dietary needs and fatigue to customize a tasty, nutritious meal after 11 pm, when I arrived on a late flight. Cons - room lighting is too dark for serious work, or inviting business associates for informal meeting. Please update! Also need better ventilation, as rooms are suffering from indoor pollution . Chinese and Italian restaurants serve delicious food. Chinese restaurant have given us some of the best meals in Beijing. Great for business and romantic dining! Overall, a hotel that I always look forward to staying in. Home from home. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy customers in every aspects. Welcome drink was delivered to us on a tray at the check in counter. Breakfast buffet was made to order from chef as we were a few guests dining that morning. Great selection and fresh ingredients. Spa area was spacious and clean. Rooms were clean with turndown service available every night!

The Ritz Carlton Beijing provided great service during a 7-day stay. While the breakfast buffet was expensive, it had good variety and service. The room was clean and bright, with enough English-language TV channels to fall asleep to. The adjacent shopping mall also features many restaurants at good prices, as well as a supermarket. For anyone more adventurous, a nearby Chinese restaurant offers breakfast buns, porridge, and other yummies for next to nothing. Very good experience here.

Extremely disappointment upon arrival. Booked the hotel through Marriott Bonvoy App and was told we had no lounge access even with Titanium Elite status. They were apologitic and mentioned it was an system error and that complimentary lounge access info should have not appeared in our reservation detail... had we known about this we would have stayed else where. Room was outdated and coffee machine had dirt in it..stitching on the pillow case were worn out, the overall attention to details were severely lacking.. even with the air purifier in the room it reeked of cigarettes. This was the worst Ritz we had ever stayed at!
