4 Star hotel with 2-3 star service and rooms. Empty bar in all the rooms booked and every time we went to service for help or a question it was always a bust or not so good feedback. The lobby bar was very slow and not all that service friendly. The hotel is in a good location to reach other places. I would recommend looking somewhere else if you want 4 star. If you want a place to rest and spend more time exploring you may find it worth it.

It's OK. Not 4 stars. Breakfast is basic, room is basic. The staff is nice, it's clean. There's nothing here that would hint 4 stars. If they claimed 3 stars I would give them highest score.

Our room was wasn't clean! We reserved the hotel, thinking it was nice due to the amenities such as the pool and sauna. However, please be aware that they are not included in the standard room, and there was no clear/evident information about this during the booking. Additionally, the basic services of a hotel don't seem to work here. We checked out at 10 am, and upon our return at 7 pm, we discovered that our room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff in the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful to solve the situation. I would recommend staying in another hotel or an Airbnb instead.

Service was very good, we got a room earlier than standart check in. Inside of the room everything was perfect. Breakfast has really big variety of options, salad bar and fruit bar. The spa is working, not overcrowded. It was a bit unpleasant to go from pool to sauna through a bit cold corridor. Prices in the hotel restaurant are not cheap, comparing to the city level. I recommend this hotel! P.S. taxi prices are funny after Budapest. Like the price of public transportation. You can order food delivery from any restaurant to the hotel. This is what a lot of people do!

Really lovely hotel. It is older in style but it is very clean, the rooms are larger than newer hotels, it's well run with good facilities and excellent staff. The spa and gym at the top is an added bonus. Even though it was busy, there was plenty of room. The WiFi worked well. I work remotely and had to work from the hotel, I had no problems. The staff were very friendly which was great to come back to after a less friendly time in the city. The food at the lower floor restaurant was also excellent. I did not eat at the other one but I'm sure it's probably excellent too. Location is good as there is a convenient shopping centre you can walk to without having to even cross a street and it's in a quieter area but still easy to get to the centre.
