This hotel is a wonderful converted villa with a beautiful garden. The hotel is situated in park like surroundings on the far side of Boboli Gardens. It has a quiet elegance that calms one after the hourdes of tourists in central Florence. The staff were amazingly helpful. It is easier if you have your own transportation but there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and it is a short taxi ride to the old city. We would definitely return here again

love the renovations to this lovely old world-style hotel. great to see that all the old furniture cast-offs are gone and a decorator had been hired. you have really upped your game. we love the location, quiet and very scenic and a lovely walk away from the action of florence. the price was right, the staff helpful and accommodating and the food better than average. we love florence and the park palace. see you again!

One of the best luxurious experience! I could not get enough of the amazingly beautiful smelling jasmine flowers in the air throughout the outdoor! I will go there again and again and will be the first Hotel I will recommend to my family and friends when they are in Florence! Mille Grazie to all the staff for our wonderful stay!

Amazing hotel with high quality services and rooms. Staff is extremely professional, kind and helpful. The location is beautiful, although slightly outside the city centre. Nevertheless, connections are great if you do not want to walk. If you don't mind having a stroll, then the way from the hotel to the city centre is simply fantastic. An historical cobblestone road passing in front of purely traditional villas, gardens and buildings (some of them have also an hiastorical value).

This hotel is about 20 minute bus ride into town. You can pay $10 EU by cab. It's a bit away from town but the bus stops in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious but needs some updating. They offer complimentary breakfast (baked pastries, scramble eggs, meats, cheeses). They also have a pool in their garden for you to relax by if you need a break from walking around time all day long.
