Perfect location. Rooms are a bit old, but very spacious. It's definitely a great choice for organizing events and bringing kids to beach, but I'd recommend upgrading the room a little bit more. The pool is horrible. Too much chlorine.

Very disappointed staying here. I found the room to be dirty, There was a bottle cap not from us on the floor, There are many stains on the carpet, maybe it was just that room but it needs deep cleaning. The chair in the room had stains on it. I did not enjoy my stay there. I must say the location is wonderful, right on the beach! Even in the hallway, I saw lots of stains on the carpet. I don't like that. There was an ice machine and a soda vending machine right outside the room. We did rent bikes call me the bike shop on the first floor, They have a coffee shop with food open twenty four hours. There is also a place you can get pizza and pasta and things that is opening the afternoon through the evening. We got breakfast in the restaurant on the sixth floor. While it was good, my blueberry pancakes did not really look like the picture. There is free parking . You can also purchase tickets for the winter fest of lights at the front desk. That saves you from waiting in line when you get to the lights.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was lovely. The room was clean, and the decor was a step up from most places we usually stay. The room key cards required several swipes to work until we had them replaced.

I chose this hotel for the amenities inside and the location with the ocean view was amazing. We sat on the balcony a lot, could have used better sitting and that would be the one thing I would change ASAP. Customer service was good and they accommodated us when needed. As most people said, the carpets were dirty but that's what wearing slides are for. Housekeeping employees were really nice. I've learned that everyone is opinionated and always points out the negatives. There are always negatives wherever you go but personally, I like to make the best out of everything. They have an indoor and outdoor pool which are big along with a game room with pool tables. For my first time in Ocean City MD, I had a great experience and I would choose the Grand Hotel again especially for that amazing ocean view.
