Lack of cleaning, the room was pretty dirty. The breakfast was too poor. I stayed there for 2 day, the only benefit it was the fact that it was pretty close to the Christmas market.

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is also rich with plenty of options.

The location is perfect, It is a walking distance from the City Centre main attractions and also from Parliament. There is a Car parking available as well. The room size was pretty big as for the hotel room, clean bathroom and very good breakfast. Wifi worked perfectly as well.

During our trip to Bucharest for the Depeche Mode concert, we made reservations for two rooms through booking.com. Upon arriving at the hotel around 11 in the morning, we politely inquired about the possibility of an early check-in. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed us that early entry was not available, though we would have appreciated a warmer welcome. We decided to explore the city until the regular check-in time at 15:00. The weather was exceptionally hot that day, reaching 42°C, which made waiting uncomfortable. When we finally came back and completed the check-in process, we were disappointed to find our room to be very hot. Despite turning on the AC immediately, the temperature remained above 30°C even after an hour. We were surprised that the hotel didn't maintain the rooms at a certain temperature on such a scorching day, and we wondered why the AC couldn't cool the room effectively for at least an hour. Seeking a solution, we contacted the reception, but their response was to be patient. As an international business traveler with extensive experience in various accommodations, both for business and leisure, I must admit that this receptionist's service was the most unsatisfactory I've ever encountered. In retrospect, despite the hotel's 4-star rating, we found the overall experience barely equivalent to a 2-star hotel. Consequently, we decided to leave the premises, forfeiting the payment we had made, and promptly booked two rooms at Courtyard by Marriott, which proved to be an excellent 4-star hotel that truly lived up to its rating.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the location which is preety comfy if you have bussines in the area. The rooms are not cheap but I encountered a room with filfth, hair on the floor, blood stains on the pillow and sheets, at the bathroom the appliances were half broken. I encountered two reception officers who were not polite at all. I had a feeling that I had enterupted them from something important altought they were there at work. The breakfast was poor, the omlete was cold. I would rather not recommend the place and look for something else if I will have to stay in Bucharest in this area.
