We were 4 people and the room that was given to us did not match the room we booked on Expedia. It was a tiny room, the beds are placed wall to wall can't even walk around and get out of bed. We couldn't sleep because the window was on the street side and the streets lights are on all night. The room doesn't have blackout curtains so it was very uncomfortable to fall asleep. Breakfast was ok a bunch of jams nothing special. The location was great! 5 min walk to everything.

Parmis Boutique House is a wonderful place! We spent 4 days there and we had a great time as a family of 3. The family who owns it is great, good people who helps you with everything you need, extra services, informations about the place etc. Also they speak English. The rooms are big, very clean and silent. The location of the place is in center of Çeşme, about 5 min walk from harbor. The breakfast is served very fast. İt is so tasty and healthy. We enjoyed the place and definitely we will return next year!

One of the nicest people I've met, the location is fantastic and is a nice 5 mints walk through the lovely suburbs greece styled houses. Love the place and the style and would definitely recommend!
