C grade hotel. lived in half of the so-called bungalow. I was on a trip from a tour operator. Breakfast is normal, but always the same. The promised lunch box in case of departure early in the morning is given very reluctantly, they are very happy if you just miss the paid breakfast. the staff is not very responsive. The rooms are cleaned, but in a very peculiar way. They will definitely replace the towels, make the bed, remove the trash, but they may not wipe the table or sweep the floor. but overall a cozy hotel with a good location.

No elevator, WiFi, kettle, safe box in the standard room, no hairdryer provided, the telephone in the room is not working which not able to reach the reception. Moreover, hard to communicate with any staff in English at the front desk. They don’t provide any instructions while checking in also no refund policy, the manager is arrogant and ask me to contact booking website only. There are more better accommodation with this price!!

Rooms are cleaned everyday Two bottles of water left Shampoo left Clean the Two pools every day Garden always says good morning Close to the beach South side can get bus on main road or walk along the beach 30 min Only down side no staff talk englishs

The location of the resort is excellent. It is just by the road and near Terminal 21 Pattaya. There are several 7-11 shops nearby as well as restaurants. The people at the reception are kind, accomodating and respond snappily to guests' concerns. The bell boy was helpful as well as the other technicians that maintain the upkeep of the facilities. The rooms are okay, but would get a better customer satisfaction if rooms will be upgraded a bit, the AC units for example. Overall, I had a comfortable stay here, and had fun swimming in their pool.
