Great hotel choice! Feels like a brand new remodel. Everything was really clean. Quiet room. Wish hotels would stop using carpet though. Beautiful decor in the entry and nice lounge areas with a fireplace. Great tea and coffee station. Rooms were clean and had lots of room to lay our luggage and snowboard gear out. More hooks for ski gear would be helpful. Bathroom was small but clean, newly redone. Super close to anything in Banff including restaurants, giant snow sculptures, IGA grocery store. 20 mns to Sunshine Village. We used the pool, hot tub and steam room across the street at the sister property - nothing special but nice to have and clean. The steam room was nice. There is no sauna. Downside is the train is very close - we heard it 3 times in the night. Overall a good choice and I would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Peaks for my honeymoon, and I can't praise it enough. The staff went above and beyond to make our special occasion even more extraordinary. Miss Valleria, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and a genuine commitment to making our honeymoon memorable. The room was beautifully decorated, and we were even surprised with a bottle champagne – a perfect touch for a romantic getaway. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff's dedication to ensuring our comfort and happiness was truly exceptional.The breathtaking views from the hotel were the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. I can't recommend Hotel Peaks enough for a special occasion or any stay where you want top-notch service, beautiful accommodations, and a memorable experience. Our honeymoon was made even more special thanks to the incredible staff at Hotel Peaks.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Peaks Hotel & Suites! The location was simply amazing, steps away from all the action. The modern design and amenities exceeded my expectations, making my stay both comfortable and luxurious. The highlight? Waking up to stunning views from my room that showcased the natural beauty of Banff – it felt like a dream come true. Speaking of rooms, the spaciousness was a pleasant surprise. There was ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding beauty. And the cherry on top? The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Banff, this hotel is an absolute gem. The unbeatable location, modern comfort, breathtaking views, and friendly staff create an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return for another incredible visit!

This is a hotel that provides the basics (not a lot of extras or frills), but it is stylish and comfortable and sparkling clean because it is so new. Rooms were very nice and were quiet. We had a great view from our room as well. All of the services (gym, restaurant, etc.) are across the street in a sister property. We did not use any of them as we were in Banff to do outdoor things, but if you did want to use some of those services realize that you have to cross a fairly busy street. However, if you are looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable place to stay in Banff, without a lot of "extras" that you might find in a 4 or 5 star hotel, I definitely recommend Peaks.

Thank you to the management for addressing this issue. The rooms service and location are 5 star. My room was not. Paid over $850 US / night and the room was in the back on floor level with a view of the alley where the trash trucks came to through, the restaurants made nightly clean up racket and drunk people walked up and down the alley. Also made it worse was the window would not close. Room would have been nice if it weren't on the alley. Very disappointing. So if you are looking for a great place with great people and perfect location this is your place. Just don't get the room on the bottom floor on the alley 😊.
