Overall, I must say that the location of the hotel is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station, and all the major stations are conveniently close by. This made it really easy for us to get around and explore the city. Now, let me tell you about the dining scene around the hotel. It's pretty great! There are numerous restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines to choose from. And if you ever need some quick snacks or essentials, there's a 7-11 store just a minute or so away, which came in handy quite a few times during our stay. In terms of the accommodation itself, the room was clean and tidy. It was smaller in size, but apparently, that's quite normal for Tokyo. So, we didn't mind it too much. However, when it came to breakfast, it was a bit disappointing. The options were pretty basic and the same every day. Since we stayed for 6 nights, we started to get a bit bored of it. If we ever visit again, we would definitely opt-out of the breakfast package. But all in all, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. The prime location, coupled with the cleanliness of the room, made our trip enjoyable. I hope this information helps you in making your decision.

Definitely stay again next time! The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The interior and utilities inside the room is new and modern. They let customers choose what type of room service we want: bathroom cleaning only, normal cleaning or no cleaning since they support SDG goals so it’s better to save some unnecessary resources especially when the guests does not need it. Location is also great, around 5 mins walking to metro station, the neighborhood is quiet so we had some good sleep and it also has many restaurants and CVS around so no worry about empty stomach too. Staff were friendly and helped us call a taxi to Shinjuku station. They open 24/7 so we can go & come back at any time as long as we have our room key.

I stayed here while on a trip with Education First Ultimate Break and the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great. It was only about a 3 to 5 minute walk from a subway station and wasn't too bad getting back for being away from everything. Easy access to food of all kinds and is definitely more of a neighborhood feel to the area compared to what you assume for somewhere as big as Tokyo. The rooms themselves served their purpose however I was not blown away by any means for it.

The double room we stayed was in was quite small for two people. The wooden structure for hanging clothes is of poor design as you could not put many hangers. Hotel Management should seriously consider about providing "real cups or glasses" in the rooms. There are kettles in the rooms and green tea sachets in the lobby but how are patrons supposed to drink anything without proper cups ??? On check-in I was wondering why some patrons were picking up paper cups at the lobby when they came back to the hotel. Once in the room, I realised there were no cups or glasses to be found !! I don't think I will stay here again as there are better choices around and more value-for- money places.
