Super location for walking around to most of the main sights in Seville. Compact apartments. Not sure the sofa bed sheets were clean. Bathroom door didn't close - as in the door was too big for the doorframe!!!! (especially an issue when more than two people are staying at the apartment). previous guests clothes were left in the closet which tells me it's not cleared and cleaned thoroughly enough. Also had to make the double sofa bed up ourselves when they'd been notified that there would be 3 guests.

As mentioned, great location and clean comfortable suites . Need “peep hole” in doors to identify hallway activity. Safe did not function and location was slightly noisy as guests assemble for in-house flamenco show. But overall, a wonderful stay. Staff assistance was superior!

I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything very clean, lots of light and excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom too, even with a diffuser for curly hair!!! I haven't missed anything. The roof terrace is prepared with sun loungers, tables and showers to cool off and sunbathe. 100% recommended. The "Flamenco Andalusí" show takes place in the same building and is also worth it.

The location is good, however, the customer service is bad, if you arrive early there is no reception or lobby therefore you do not have access to a bathroom or anything. They don't store your suitcases, they have a suitcase storage business. You must leave them very far away, 10 minutes by car, which you must pay for on your own and they will give you a “discount”. It is not a hotel, it is an AIRBNB. They should improve the cleanliness of the shower, it had accumulated dirt.

We stayed here for 3 days, excellent location for visiting Seville: very close to the historic center (reachable in 10 minutes on foot), but just outside the chaos of the central streets. There is also convenient 24/7 parking (for a fee) in the immediate vicinity. Comfortable and recently renovated apartment, equipped with the necessary services (especially a coffee machine with various types of pods and tea).
