Small hotel located near the Gran Via, in other words the main street of Madrid. Very tidy and clean hotel, with all the necessary services. It is located in a truly strategic place. Nothing to report, it is really recommended. Wifi ok. I would probably suggest improving the breakfast a bit - it doesn't have much choice.

Everything was perfect. In the heart of the city centre! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean! A little bit noisy but OK. Highly recommend it!

We spent one night here. The staff were super-friendly and helpful, rooms were very, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bathrooms were also clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was self-service with a good choice of fruits, cereals, charcouterie and some hot food. I would have given 5 stars but rooms were a bit too warm and although equipped with air conditioning, it didn't seem to make any difference to our room and the knob on the thermostat in the kids room was missing.
