Big and spacious room by Vietnamese standards! The rooms are new and renovated. Love the big bathroom as well. What I like is that there’s a universal power plug where we can plug our charging cables without needing an adapter. Breakfast had surprisingly good choices, considering this is only a relatively small boutique hotel. Note that there are two Triple E Metros with a shop separating them so don’t accidentally go into the wrong one like I did. The female receptionist was not very friendly but the male ones were much more pleasant. The hotel is located in a quieter area on a less busy area from Ben Thanh but it is very walkable. But overall great value for money for a clean and modern hotel.

Near tourist spot, good service. Breakfast is ok, they have fitness space, bar in one block of building and breakfast area in another block of building. I think reception must told their guests before sent them to the room, I traveled for business and booked single bed for my boss. Twin bed room for me and my colleague but the boss got twin bed, and I have to share my bed with my colleague. We found that there are no room available when we check in at 1st building and the reception said only one room available without other information, my boss pick this room, I and my colleague have to go the check-in in another building then we found that it is a single bed room and we cannot change because full booking. I cannot told the boss that hey could you please go down again and switch your room with me, it's late. All staff is polite but I hope they would inform their guests more information.

We picked this hotel for our last two days in Saigon and it was the right choice. Nice, quiet room with a decent view (we were at the 6th floor). What really stood out was the quality of the bathroom TOTO components (taps, shower, toilet) that finally offered a great experience. The breakfast is quite complete too, and the staff were helpful. As for the area, it is great to visit all the main museums and palaces, but also for food and clubbing. Definitely recommended and worth the extra few $$$ compared to the homestays.

My two nights stay at Triple E was comfortable and convenient. Location was very good - walking distance to many cafes and a short grab ride to most places in fact. Service from the staff was excellent. I asked for some housekeeping items after midnight and the bell boy literally ran out of the hotel door to get them for me. I also enjoyed the giant shower which can comfortably fit four to six people lol. The interior design was a simple but effective one - what looks like a little bit of French farmhouse aesthetics with sliding barn door and many black accents I’ll surely be back here again when I come back to HCMC.
