We had a pretty good time at the hotel! Location is absolutely great and the staff were really kind and helpful. Our room was also pretty good (we stayed in a new room). They speak English very well.

Location is good. Room quality is medium-low. Breakfast it's acceptable. You can hear all noises from other rooms and the corridor. It's up to you choosing it if price is a good deal

Below average place and compareable to a hostel more than a hotel. Location: 5/5 In the middle of everything worth seeing in Rome Lodging: 1/5 Uncomfortable beds and pillows, Did not have a reception and was greeted by loads of trash in the entré hallway. Decent breakfast though. Not at all a hotel and was mislead by the "Grand suite" name, worthy of neither. Service: 2/5 Accidently bumped into a cleaning lady who gave us the Keys and was very friendly, other staff was also friendly. General: 1/5 Whole appartment smelt like cleaning liquid and Boiler didnt work and other equipment was old. (TV, Coffee machine) Overall: 2.3/5 I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here as it was definitely not worth the price. Unless you are only looking for a central location and dont care for comfort.

I want to start by saying that the review below by Saida was extremely helpful in finding this “hotel” as there were no external views on the site where we booked our accommodation. That said, it was a great place to stay and I have no hesitation in my recommendation. Super central location and could easily walk to most of the must-see sites other than the Vatican. All rooms are on the third floor and there are two elevators in the building. We stayed in the newer side of the hotel and the room was very comfortable. Self check-in with details provided via WhatsApp so make sure you have that app installed on your phone. Breakfast is served at your requested time to your room and was very good. The ladies looking after our rooms were great. I highly recommend this location for your stay in central Rome. 👍👍

This is not a hotel and is very mis-leading on all platforms. It appears to be an apartment turned into 3 or 4 different rooms. It’s very difficult to find the entry and not labeled. The condition of the room was less than impressive and did not feel clean. It is close to popular tourist sites but we felt completely mis-lead. Do your research before booking (buyer be aware).
